What are dual-use goods?

• The goods listed in the “List of Dual-Use Goods” issued by the Israel Ministry of Defense may not be imported without a certain permit from the “Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories”. Without this permit, the goods will not be released from the port, and the exporter may have to pay high storage fees.
